What we collect

We collect only what the partner form sends us. That is your company name, country, contact name, email and message.

Cloudflare also keeps a server log. It holds your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare keeps it for security.

Why we use it

We use your data to answer your request and to prepare a distribution agreement.

Our legal basis is steps taken before a contract and our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

We keep form data for 12 months after our last contact with you. We delete it sooner if you ask us to. If you become a partner, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as long as tax and customs law require afterwards.

Where it goes

Cloudflare, Inc. serves this site. Its servers may be outside Thailand.

The form sends your data to our mailbox.

Cloudflare also runs the spam check on the form.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own and use no tracking. The spam check by Cloudflare may store a small technical value in your browser for that check only. If we add cookieless analytics, we will say so here.

Spam protection

The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs.

Cloudflare processes technical data for this check, such as your IP address and browser details.

Turnstile does not build an advertising profile.

You may ask for access to your data. You may ask us to correct or delete it.

You may object to our use of it. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
